How Organizations benefit from the Clci Advantage

Our clients list includes many medium to large organizations in Canada and Middle East. All our clients have experienced the CLCI Advantage on their path to High Performance. A brief write-up on the transformation process of some of our clients is summarized below.

A major CLCI client in the Middle East is a large and fast growing petrochemical down-streaming group of companies in Saudi Arabia. Initially CLCI worked with the Senior Leadership to facilitate team building activities for creating harmony and understanding amongst the company’s various groups engaged in handling multimillion dollar projects.

CLCI also worked with the executives of this group to help them formulate their corporate strategy and develop the strategic plan which included defining the vision, mission, values, critical success factors and corporate goals. Our consultants helped the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and staff to implement their strategy using the state-of-art software and tools. CLCI is currently helping the group in cascading the corporate strategy and Balanced Scorecard to their seven business units.

Another CLCI client in Middle East is one of the largest architectural and engineering companies. CLCI worked with the Senior Leadership Team to facilitate their transformation from ‘good to great’. Most of the top executives are architects and engineers who established the company which grew from a one person company to its present staff of 2,500. CLCI initiated the process by conducting an organizational assessment to identify gaps in strategy, design and culture. A series of facilitated workshops were held with the Senior Leadership Team to formulate their strategy and to implement it. Our work has helped in improving the organization’s culture to create an environment where disciplined people take disciplined decisions and actions

This client has six business units which are spread throughout the large Arabian Peninsula to provide specialized architectural and engineering services internationally. Currently CLCI is helping the Senior Leadership Team, who are mainly architects and technocrats, to improve their financial skills for a better understanding of their financial data and statements, and to implement enhanced and uniform financial reporting practices across the company.

A CLCI client in Saudi Arabia is one of Middle East’s largest construction companies. CLCI worked with the Senior Leadership Team to help it develop a succession plan. 33 young executives were identified for this exercise and CLCI conducted their 360 Degree Assessments followed by a one-on-one feedback coaching session to review their competency gaps and propose individual development plans. Based on this exercise, the strengths, competencies, aspirations and growth plans with each executive were developed. The company continues to use these individual development plans to build the future leadership of the company.

CLCI has also worked with the Dean of one of the largest and most reputed university in Middle East to conduct 360 Degree Assessments of 35 key staff members in their Administration Department. Our senior consultants held one-on-one feedback coaching sessions with each member to review their competency gaps and propose individual development plans. We understand that the staff members have reported significant improvement in individual and team performance. Miscommunications have also reduced resulting in improved interpersonal relationships.

In Canada, CLCI is working with the Ontario chapter of a large not-for-profit organization focused on professional development and certification with a membership of 22,000 professionals. CLCI facilitated the Senior Leadership Team to formulate their Corporate Strategy and develop their strategic plan which included the strategic framework defining the organization’s vision, mission, critical success factors and corporate goals. Our consultants helped the SLT implement the strategy using state of the art tools to design the Strategy Map and corporate Balanced Scorecard.

Currently our consultants are working with four business units of this professional body to cascade the corporate balanced scorecard to the department level.

Another Canadian client is a large utility company in the Greater Toronto Area. CLCI worked with the Senior Leadership Team to help formulate their strategy and develop their strategic plan which included the strategic framework defining the organization’s vision, mission, critical success factors and corporate goals. Our consultants helped the SLT implement the strategy using state of the art tools to design the Strategy Map and corporate Balanced Scorecard.
